Hi Michael. Thank you for your question!

If we want to improve the screening efficiency,we can:

1. Increase the opening rate of sieve plate, high opening rate is helpful to improving the screening effect.

2. Adjust the feeding mode. In some cases, the feeding is not along the full screen width, which will inevitably cause the screen surface not to be fully utilized.

3. Reduce the porosity of the screen paste, consider using a sieve plate with self-cleaning, such as a spring-rod screen.

4. If conditions permit, consider adjusting the inclination of the sieve machine. Appropriate inclination angle is beneficial to reduce material thickness and achieve thin layer screening

5. Wet screening is an effective method to improve screening effect if conditions permit.

6. For circular vibrating screen, the method of adjusting counterweight can be considered to improve the screening effect.

7. For dry screening, the feed moisture should be strictly controlled. When the moisture is high, the ingredients can be considered for screening.

8. If conditions permit, add a fixed sieve to the feed end for coarse screening.
