Detail:What are the inspection operations of cone crushers?

Reply:
1. The general inspection time is after the equipment finishes the operation, after cooling down for five or six hours, then start to check.

2. The inspection personnel firstly check the flatness of the cone crusher by hand to see if there are irregularities. If so, inform the technicians to make changes.

3. It is found that there are unqualified parts with deviations to be replaced in time.

4. For the operation of the cone crusher, before starting up, check whether the equipment is normal. During the running process, you need to check the sealing, jamming, conflict, and collision of the equipment.

5. During the trial run, check if the cylinder shakes obviously and if there is too much noise, make sure that the cylinder shake does not exceed 0.5mm ups and downs, and the noise is controlled within 85db.

6. After the cone crusher is put into formal operation, the operator needs to pierce the special thermometer for rolling bearings into the oil control of the bearing seat, and measure it every about an hour until the temperature is stable.
