Hi Abe. Thank you for your question.

Superfine grinding mill and Raymond mill are all excellent products for milling materials, but superfine grinding mill as the newest product takes many advantages. So there are also some differences between them.

The first one is capacity. The capacity of superfine grinding mill will be increased by 70%-90% although this machine and Raymond mill process the same kind of materials.

The second one is energy consumption. Superfine grinding mill can produce fine powder whose output size is smaller than 1250 mesh, and the size can meed the national requirement perfectly. The 800 mesh screening rate is more than 99.97%, and there is no large particle residue when the final products’ size are 1000 mesh. Ad for Raymond mill, it can produce the powder whose size ranges from 325 mesh to 425 mesh. And if classifier reforms, the maximum size can be 600 mesh. And screening rate is low and there will be pollution.

Therefore, superfine grinding mill takes advantages of large capacity, energy conservation and superfine powder compared with Raymond mill, which has reached the goal of upgrading.
