The component of hopper is often installed below hopper or discharge hopper. It will send materials to conveyor or other devices evenly and quantitatively according to requirements, which looks like the valve adjusting flow. There three kinds of vibrating feeder according to the movement mode of component. Linear type vibrating feeder includes belt feeder, plate feeder and scraper feeder. Rotary type vibrating feeder includes chain feeder, disc feeder, screw feeder and impeller feeder. Reciprocating type vibrating feeder includes vibrating feeder and reciprocating feeder. When selecting vibrating feeder, you should consider some factors such as feeding quantity and its range of adjustment, accuracy of feeding quantity, characters of materials, installation method, outline dimension, reliability, environmental protection conditions and weight.
