Process: Artificial sandstone aggregate is produced from limestone raw materials and it is crushed in three stages.

The coarse crushing adopts PE jaw crusher, and the processing granularity is within 200mm

Two sets of PF impact crushers are used for medium crushing, and the processing granularity is within 80mm.

Sand making adopts VSI5X impact crusher, and the fineness of finished products is within 40 mm.

In order to screen out a small amount of impurities such as roots and soil mixed in the sand and gravel wool, vibrating feeder is equipped in the coarse crushing workshop for screening. At the same time, in order to improve the gradation of medium and small stones, VSI5X impact crusher is added for gravel and shaping to improve the gradation of medium and small stones so as to improve the production quality of sand.
