You should change the bearing if there is serious wear. Moreover, you should ensure good lubrication of the motor and add lithium base grease fortnightly. When adding lubrication oil to the machine, you can measure out moderate lithium base grease by oil cup. Furthermore, when using vibrating feeder idled for a long time, you should ensure the insulation resistance be more than 0.5 megohm.
